Legal counsel to Credit Suisse International –as lender – and Credit Suisse AG, London Branch -as administrative agent- in a secured international financial loan granted to Profertil S.A. for an aggregate of $50,000,000. The loan was granted to finance the expansion of the company’s urea production facility located in the City of Bahía Blanca, Buenos Aires Province. (2013)
