Legal Counsel to Central Térmica Roca S.A. (“CTR”), an Albanesi Group company, in a syndicated bank loan for AR$ 40million and to Albanesi S.A. and Rafael G. Albanesi S.A., as guarantors of the facility. Banco Hipotecario S.A. acted as arranger, lender and administrative agent of the syndicated loan, and Banco de Inversión y Comercio Exterior S.A. acted solely as lender.
