The merged companies had to go through a considerable corporate processes and were the subject of several controls and regulations of the National Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional de Valores), the Buenos Aires stock Market (Mercado de Valores de Buenos Aires), Caja de Valores S.A., the Companies Registry (Inspección General de Justicia) and the Federal Tax Administration, among others.
