Deal counsel in the approval of Consultatio´s Real Estate Closed-End Fund (the “Closed-End Fund”) and Consultatio´s “liquidez” Law 27,260 Open-End Fund, both created in the framework of law 27,260 that structures the Tax Amnesty Regime. In both funds, Consultatio Asset Management Gerente de Fondos Comunes de Inversión S.A acts as fund manager and Banco de Valores S.A. as custodian, which in the Closed-End Fund also acts as placement agent along with Consultatio Investments S.A. and Consultatio S.A. as real estate advisor.
